Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase
Conditions of Purchase:
1. Purchase order number and any material numbers must appear on all correspondence, invoices, shipping documents, and packages.
2. Packing list must accompany each shipment.
3. Acknowledgement of price and delivery must be returned upon receipt of purchase order.
4. Journeyman Machine reserves the right to inspect product at the supplier’s facility.
Conditions of Sale for Account Customers:
1. All parts will be machined per customer’s blueprint and specifications.
2. Parts will be inspected per Journeyman Machine inspection procedures unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment terms are “net 30” unless otherwise agreed upon.
Conditions of Sale for Walk-in Customers:
1. All parts will be machined per customer’s blueprint and specifications.
2. Parts will be inspected per Journeyman Machine inspection procedures unless otherwise specified.
3. All sales are to be paid by cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.
4. All sales are final.
