To continually improve our processes using corrective/preventive actions, order reviews, routing change request forms, and non-conforming material records.
Give our employees the training and support needed to manufacture quality parts as determined by performance reviews and the training matrix.Establish and maintain a working environment that supports the production and delivery of quality products through our preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety training programs.
Form relationships with both customers and suppliers that will promote quality improvement in all area.
Maintain a scrap as a percent of sales rate of 1% or less.
